Your order is on the way.

Tracking updates are not always instant. If your tracking looks delayed, blank, or unchanged, this is usually temporary.

Tracking not updating yet? Don't worry.

After your order is shipped, the carrier may need up to 24–48 hours to scan the parcel and show the first tracking update. This can also happen between international shipping checkpoints.

Give it a little time Recheck your tracking within the next 24–48 hours.

Your parcel can still be moving A missing scan does not necessarily mean your shipment has stopped moving.

Still no update? If nothing changes after 48 hours, contact us and our team will check it for you.
