Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you may want to know before ordering your Pet Pouch Hoodie.
Will my cat fit inside the Pet Pouch Hoodie?
The pouch is designed for cats and similarly sized small pets. Your pet should be able to sit naturally without feeling compressed. Fit depends on your pet’s individual size and body shape.
Can small dogs use the Pet Pouch Hoodie?
Yes. Many small dogs can comfortably relax inside the pouch. Larger or heavier pets may not have enough space, so always prioritize your pet’s comfort.
Is the pouch a secure pet carrier?
No. The Pet Pouch Hoodie is designed for cuddling, relaxing and carefully moving around at home with your pet. It is not a replacement for a secure travel carrier and should not be used while driving, cycling, running or during strenuous activity.
How does the peek-out opening work?
The opening lets your pet comfortably keep their head outside the pouch while resting inside. The adjustable design helps you create a comfortable opening around your pet.
Is the Pet Pouch Hoodie warm?
Yes. The fluffy sherpa-style fabric is designed to feel warm, soft and cozy, making it especially comfortable for cooler days and relaxing at home.
Is the hoodie oversized?
The hoodie has a relaxed, cozy silhouette. Check the size guide on this page and compare the garment measurements with a hoodie you already own for the best fit.
What size should I order?
Use the size chart above and compare the chest and length measurements to a hoodie that fits you well. If you are between sizes or prefer a roomier fit, sizing up may be more comfortable.
What colors are available?
The Pet Pouch Hoodie is available in Black, Mocha Beige and Pink. Available colors and sizes may vary depending on stock.
Can I wear it without a pet?
Absolutely. It also works as a cozy oversized sherpa hoodie, so you can wear it normally even when your pet is not using the pouch.
Can I use the pockets for my phone and keys?
Yes. The hoodie includes additional storage areas for everyday essentials such as your phone, keys or pet treats. Avoid placing hard or heavy objects where they could press against your pet.
How should I wash the hoodie?
Follow the care instructions provided with your garment. For fluffy sherpa-style materials, gentle washing and avoiding excessive heat generally helps preserve softness and shape.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your destination. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped. You can also use the Track Order page on NOFLTRS™ for updates.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes. NOFLTRS™ offers worldwide shipping to supported destinations.
Can I return the hoodie if the size is wrong?
Eligible unused items in their original condition can be returned according to our current return policy. Please review the return policy before sending anything back.
Is this a good gift for a pet owner?
Yes. It is especially suited to cat moms, small-dog owners, remote workers and anyone whose pet constantly wants to be close to them.
How can I contact NOFLTRS™?
You can contact our support team at support@nofltrs.com for help with products, orders or delivery questions.
